The owner’s birthplace is the Tamba Sasayama area, Hyogo Prefecture. Their seasonal fresh ingredients that are delivered from there are unrivaled. Please try Tamba Sasayama’s specialty dishes “grilled boar meat” and “boar meat hot pot” as well. Among their hot pot menus, the meat variety hot pot with tomato flavor is also highly recommended. It includes a special risotto cooked using the spicy tomato broth from the hot pot and rich cheese. It’s amazing, once you had a taste you’ll want more!
